K | Problem already known no evaluation necessary |

P | Evaluation in progress |
Q | Product under quarantine -- unable to follow up |
R | Product under recall/corrective action |
U | Product unavailable for follow up investigation |
X | Product not made by company |
Y | Evaluation completed |
