Both downloads are required. Extract the setup ZIP into a new folder, place the image archive beside compose.yaml, then follow QUICK-START.md.
One server for your team
Users can open HL7 Soup in a browser, or connect their HL7 Soup desktop app to your server using its server connection setting.
Updating the server updates the editor served to connected users. Desktop application updates may be needed for changes to the desktop shell.
The editor supports sending and receiving messages through your server. Connect the Integrations tab to a separately installed and configured Integration Soup service to use workflows.
Choose individual or site licensing
Start with a 30-day self-hosted trial. After the trial, each user enters their own HL7 Soup license. Existing individual licenses remain usable.
Licensing a team? An administrator can activate a site license on the server so covered users only need to sign in. Site licenses cover internal use under your commercial agreement. Purchase a site license.
