License details
- Per-user subscriptions require one license for each named user.
- A user may install HL7 Soup on computers used by that user, including a second copy on a virtual PC on the same host computer.
- If the software is installed on a portable drive such as a USB drive, the portable drive is treated as one computer.
- The site license is available monthly or annually and is intended for organization-wide use at one site.
- HL7 Soup Web access is available for eligible paid HL7 Soup licenses. Hosted access, limits, and deployment options may vary by environment.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
- Service begins when the initial payment is processed. You will be charged the rate shown at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
- Subscriptions keep your license valid for eligible previous and latest versions of HL7 Soup while the subscription is active.
- Rates may change with notice before a billing change takes effect.
- Monthly subscriptions canceled within 5 days of the order are fully refunded. After 5 days, payment is non-refundable and service continues until the end of the billing period.
- Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of the order are fully refunded. After 14 days, payment is non-refundable and service continues until the end of the paid term.
- Cancellation is available through our Support page or through the Stripe billing portal.
- If you purchased a subscription before Dec 2020 through PayPal, manage it through the PayPal subscription page.
