License details

• HL7 Soup Editor Professional is licensed as a monthly or annual subscription and requires renewal to continue using the software.
• The installed Windows version is licensed per user and per machine. Each user-machine combination running the Windows editor requires a license.
• HL7 Soup Web access is licensed per named user. A licensed browser user may access HL7 Soup Web across the customer's network, subject to any hosted access, deployment, or environment limits.
• The site license allows employees assigned to, or reporting to, one physical site or office to use HL7 Soup under a single site subscription.
• Enterprise licensing can support multi-site, reseller, procurement, deployment, or other commercial arrangements by quotation.

Pricing and payment terms

• Pricing is subject to quotation and may vary based on licensing, support requirements, volume, reseller arrangements, or negotiated commercial terms.
• All prices are in USD and are exclusive of GST, VAT, sales tax, and any other applicable taxes. Any such taxes or charges are payable by the customer in addition to the quoted price.
• Payments made by credit card may incur a credit card processing fee.
• Our standard professional services rate is USD $250 per hour.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

• Service begins when the initial payment is processed. You will be charged the rate shown at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
• Subscriptions keep your license valid for eligible previous and latest versions of HL7 Soup while the subscription term is paid and active.
• Renewal rates may change with notice before a billing change takes effect.
• Monthly subscriptions canceled within 5 days of the order are eligible for a refund of the subscription license fee. After 5 days, payment is non-refundable; unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of the order are eligible for a refund of the subscription license fee. After 14 days, payment is non-refundable; unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
• Refunds exclude non-refundable fees and costs already incurred, including credit card processing fees, currency conversion or exchange charges, bank fees, dispute or chargeback fees, and third-party transaction costs.
• Cancellation is available through our Support page or through the Stripe billing portal.
• If you purchased a subscription before Dec 2020 through PayPal, manage it through the PayPal subscription page.
